Pellon® Stabilizer Interfacing Fabric- 18" wide - Priced by the yard

Moderate weight multi-directional elasticized non-woven fusible for light to medium weight knits and stretch woven, including rayons, silks, linen, wools and cottons. Provides total support and stretch in all directions. Softer, more supple results while maintaining body and shape. Comfort and support across stress points. Ideal for waistbands. Easy-to-fuse and great for hard-to-fuse fabrics such as chiffon and velvets.
