This pattern was published by The Ladies Home Journal
Pattern Company. It was originally described as "Ladies' and
Misses' Three-piece ensemble. Two-piece skirt with opening
at left side and circular inset at front. Tuck-in blouse
with round neck, applied bands and pointed band at front.
Long or short sleeves. Separate jacket with extended bands
having inset pocket at each side of front. One-seam sleeves
lengthened by sleevebands." Detailed directions. Pattern
dates circa 1930-1932.
Suggested fabrics: wool tweed, silk flat crepe, wool
basketweave, and wool knit jersey. The colors were tan,
black, navy, garland green, white, pink, China blue and
canary yellow.
Materials required: Blouse: 1-7/8 Yds. 35" fabric. Jacket
and skirt: 5 Yds. 39" fabric.
