This Late 1920s Slip On Evening Frock pattern was originally published by the Pictorial Pattern Co
On the original Pictorial Pattern Co package the garment was described as " Women's and Misses' Evening Frock. A bolero jacket gives a soft touch to this slim princess frock. The full, circular, back-dipping skirt is attached at low waistline to the bodice, which is snug-fitting at the hips. The neck is U-shaped, front and back."
2 variations of the Frock and Jacket can be created from this pattern.
A review of constructing the Evening Frock using the patterns can be found at https://sewing.patternreview.com/review/pattern/114376
