Originally the pattern was described as "Frock for Misses’ and Women.”
French Fitting Seams are included that will provide for letting out the hips 1 ½”, if needed.
This skirt does not have a hem. The consumer is advised to consider how long the skirt will be before buying material.
3 Variation of Frock can be developed for this package.
When it was published, this pattern was designed for the body of an early 1920s 18 year old woman with 35” bust and 37” hips. That is the only size included.

1920s Frocks like this we made of silk crepe, georgette, crepe de chine, crepe roma, silk or cotton voile, satin, sheer rayons or celanese, satin crepe, sheer rayons, satin, taffeta or radium and they were normally colored Nile green, rose France, Waikiki, navy blue and black.
The package has a copy of the original artwork and a materials suggestions on the front cover with layout chart and fabric requirements chart on the back cover. Inside are 6 pages containing the New Deltor, extensive written and illustrated construction directions. We also include the Past Patterns Guide to Editing Garments Due to Bust Size. The patterns are hand drawn, emulating the originals and computer printed on 2 sheets, 36”x49” and 1 36”x47”.
