#502 Flapper Slip-On Bloused Dress
This fashionable dress is very simple to make. It consists of a bodice and skirt front and back pieces, over which are draped a cape and over-skirt with matching points in the back. Make it with or without sleeves.
The suggested fabrics are: Silk taffeta, silk velvet, silk organza, silk satin charmeuse, cotton voile, cotton organdy or handkerchief linen.
The popular colors of the time were: Flag and lapis blue, terracotta, cedar-wood, ashes of rose, seawood, Miami and shamrock green, falcon grey, plover, Queenbird (purple), lavender, garnet red, cocoa brown, begonia (light rust), black, claret red and briar rose.
The pattern is multi-sized 10 through 16. All sizes purchase 6-1/2 Yds. 45 inch wide fabric.
